When we decided that yes, we were going to give it our all to have a baby or two, we started our research into surrogacy and egg donation. How much does a surrogate cost, and how much does a surrogate make? Perhaps we should try to find one on our own, or is it too complicated and should we leave it up to the experts? After a bit of research we decided to go with a reputable company. By the time we got the ball rolling, it was the beginning of 2020 and Covid 19 was just coming on the scene. It quickly became apparent that Covid 19 was going to be a bigger deal than anyone initially anticipated on so many levels, including this one. Would it even be possible to find someone willing to go through all of the physical and emotional steps necessary in these uncertain times? Do we insist on vaccinations? How would this affect our search and even our results should we find a willing participant?
